As a part of our future vision and planning FCI has proposed to set up an office/showroom in the U.S to service and establish contacts with key new accounts.
This will enable us to make personnel as well as sample presentations to the buyers in their offices as well as invite them to visit our showroom locally for a ready selection from our latest product range. This would be a very strong part of our key marketing strategy as we have observed many of large untapped accounts do not travel to India.

This will enable us to provide instant information to all our customers in the U.S regarding the status of their merchandise as well as aggressively follow up on new purchase orders. In short of local presence in the U.S will greatly enable us to comfort our buyers as well as generate lots more business with our presence in the U.S.
We will also explore the European markets and plan to open our first office/showroom in London by 2010 on the same strategy adopted for our office in the U.S.
Further, with the appreciation of the U.S Dollar combined with the sharp fall in steel prices, we are now in a position to offer much competitive prices to our existing buyers as well as all new accounts. This strategy is helping us to be competitive with other leading export countries like China, Taiwan, Philippines, and Malaysia.

We have also deeply studied the existing retail market of our products in India as a strategy of supplying as well as retailing domestically. We are very excited with the potential and response we have got on our product range and our products are of a very high end/luxury model that can be sold at very high margins. Our large manufacturing facilities and distribution networks enable us to grow in the sector very rapidly.
We are further contemplating of venturing into retail partnership with some of the home and furniture store all across India.
